Thermal2 Parameter
sys powermonitor

Description Specifies whether the exposure head will monitor the write laser power before plotting ( and after turning on the write laser ).

If the write laser power monitor is enabled ( this NVS parameter is true ), the exposure head will monitor the write laser power before plotting. After setting the write laser power using the beam-balance sensor, the exposure head will maintain a constant laser power before plotting. The exposure head maintains a constant laser power by adjusting the laser current to maintain the laser power calculated using the beam-balance sensor.

If the write laser power monitor is disabled ( this NVS parameter is false ), the exposure head will not monitor the write laser power before plotting. After setting the write laser power using the beam-balance sensor, the exposure head will maintain a constant write laser current before plotting.
