- Slip sheet bin panel scratched in transit.
- Intermittent plate out of position on fetcher errors (This caused a lot of delays).
- The two springs in the MCU that pushes the cassettes over to the plenum were missing giving more “plate out of position on fetcher” errors.
- Right hand shoulder panel cannot be lifted as support bracket to long. Shoulder panel needs large piece cut out.
- Slip sheet bin top cover slopes away from machine to mcu.
- Punch assembly not activating its "hinged down home" sensor although after a few days seemed to work correctly without adjustment.
- Punch assembly "pushed back home" sensor was crushed in transit.
- New type of edge detect camera arrived in the machine but the engine had only CR4.01 installed so no shadow was produced as all 4 leds were being driven together.
- Punch 4 – The 22mm clearance hole for the punch chippings is not big enough and the punch cavity fills up and blocks.
- Punch 4 failed with over current errors.
- Ejector cannot grab the 1143ms x1423ss x 0.3 plate as the push edge overhangs the unload table darts by approx 100mm and droops down.
- Plates being dragged off fetcher.
- Fail to register plate during punching.
- Ejector hitting new bridge panel locking button bracket.
- Print console/ prinergy queue system.
- Various software error states that are a loop.
- The shrink wrap on the panelling was incredibly hard to remove.

- License Key on Dongle C19501 was for MT319 instead of MT321.

- Incorrect Edge Detect Camera installed (TH2 instead of TH3).

- APL: Door not labeled (Segment 1/rear, etc).
- APL: Sticky protective wrap on panels excessive an over edges.
- APL: Shutter up/dn air valve and hoses not labeled.
- APL: Doors should have pem nuts for the bottom dust brushes or leave the brushes installed from integration.
- ‘scan FLT_SensorFloatBarPlenum_SafeLeft’ and ‘Right’ sensors were bypassed from the factory.

- Missing label for rear hood. Turning direction of handle is not clear, need to look in manual. Also mechanism is hard to turn, also after alignment.
- Second operator button at drop leaf must be relocated to the front, so that access is possible also if drop leaf is in position (closed).
- Missing procedure to measuring the throughput on a manual machine for ITP. How to handle operator time to remove and add a plate on the load table?.

- Prinergy EVO is not using the correct network segment. If GMCE network card is enabled, Prinergy EVO is immediately swapping to this network segment.

- Brisque was picking up multiple resolutions from Magnus.
- The Screen Sets on the Brisque were all listed for res 2400 although the head on the Magnus was 2540. When I opened up
the Screen Set the res was in fact set to 2540 but all the Sets were labeled as being 2400. I explained this to the
customer and told him he could use any of the Sets listed.
- Every third or fourth plate exposed came up with a Light Valve error. A data overflow was detected. I raised a Product
Support call for this but they could not give me a solution to this at the time. The plate was partially exposed and then
there would be lines on the plate from the failure point to the end of the plate.

- Thinner plates (.008") would kink and crinkle in the center when loading onto the drum. This was caused by too high a value for preload distance onto the drum. Changed value from -1 to -.25. Escalated issue to Vancouver PD to have default changed to -.25.
- Training issues on Print Console. Escalated suggestions to Vancouver PD for renaming certain load/unload buttons.

- Bridge support beam would not reach the rear plate that’s it is suppose to mount to. 5-6mm gap. Engine and
table were level. Pin nice and sloppy loose. Bolt hole threads were damaged from factory which appears they had the same
trouble as well.
- Right shoulder panel kept dropping down and stalling ejector travel.
- Great trouble trying to keep machine from shifting off center line after lowering last 1.5 turns of jack. Took many attempts.
