LQS TIFF files submitted from Prinergy/Prinergy Evo to Dolev or Lotem 800 Quantum Spectrum are not exposed. To solve the problem you need to install the HFPatch. Find this item under Expose on the Dolev Troubleshooting page, and under Expose on the Lotem Troubleshooting page.

CS Xpose version 2.00.063, which supports both Lotem and Dolev connectivity, is now in beta.

When you attempt to image these TIFF file types, the following error message appears: “Error from job xx.tif. A license is required to image this type of file. Contact your service”. This problem will be solved with the release of Prinergy 2.1.0.19.
