3.3 "NO COMMUNICATION" Error with the new VLSI (LBX + Class) - Causes & Solution

3.1    LENS AND HOUSING REPLACEMENT

It is important to use the bow adjustment jig when replacing the lens and housing assembly. Place the jig before removing the old assembly and take measurements of the unit. Install the new unit according to the measurements and continue with bow and linearity adjustment.

3.2    LEFT LIFT-O-MAT

The left lift-o-mat can stay inside when pulling out the loading system on Dolev 800 with S/N higher than 9432XXXX. It is installed inside the frame.

3.3 "NO COMMUNICATION" Error with the new VLSI (LBX + Class) - Causes & Solution

The error "NO COMMUNICATION" with the new VLSI (LBX + Class) can be caused by the incorrect connection of two transistors, QT2A & QT2B.
The transistors should be soldered face to face as shown below. FCO 19478
solves this problem.
