After the plate is loaded, Xpo, Prinergy and Prinergy Evo jobs fail with SCSI error on Magnus 800/400Q and Lotem Quantum platesetters because of an old SCSI driver. To install a new driver, see this item under Configuration on the Troubleshooting page.

When you start the platesetter, the first job that is submitted from Xpo 3.00.79 for Magnus 800/400Q and Lotem Quantum fails because of a SCSI problem. To solve the problem, install Xpo3.00.79_SCSI.zip. Find this item under Configuration on the Troubleshooting page.
