The new type of PCI slot, PCI Express, on the new Apple Macintosh G5 computer is not compatible with the TSP_U (75/100) that is required for PS/M 8.x. If your configuration requires that the TSP board be installed in the Macintosh G5, you should use only a Mac G5 with a PCI-X slot.

In addition to the error message Unload film error, the punch intermittently fails to complete the punch sequence. After the film is exposed, the punches go in and out without finishing the sequence. Harmony software lets you calibrate output in a digital prepress workflow. You can use Harmony to create, apply, and manage calibration curves. Calibration curves control tonal reproduction on press and are applied when the digital file is rasterized by your output raster image processor (RIP). When the carriage returns to HP, one of the chain links is caught on the straight edge of the rounded side of the chain holder and the dynamic optic is forced upward. Too much pressure on the damper between the leadscrew and the stepper motor can cause poor image quality, white lines, screen patterns, carriage movement problems, and stepper problems.
