45827 - MDH: Open slipsheet bin cover. There is obstruction above SSR rollers.

45820 - There is an obstruction above the slipsheet rollers likely due to a full slipsheet bin. Empty bin and press Resume.

45810 - Plenum slipsheet mirror in/out/ timeout: Failed to arrive at sensor.

45809 - Plenum slipsheet mirror expected to be found in the plenum but was not.

45805 - Fetcher slipsheet wedgemaster up/dn timeout: Failure to leave sensor.

45220 - Slipsheet bin panel not detected.

40735 - Registration continuity check failed.

40727 - Registration failed.

40514 - Load table failed to register plate.

40502/40503/40504 - MDH: Load table left/center/right cups vacuum timeout: Failed to trip sensor.

40243 - Load table failed to reach sensor.

03562: The stroke clock is not detected.

This problem can be fixed by installing firmware Patch 1 for Controlled Release 3.0. To download the patch, go to the Controlled Release 3.0 page.

This problem can be fixed by installing firmware Patch 3 for Controlled Release 2.0. To download the patch, go to the Controlled Release 2.0 page.

This problem will be fixed in Controlled Release 3.1

This can be caused by unqualified cables installed in the fetcher cable track in devices MT095 to MT208. Replace the fetcher cable track assembly (500-00448A).

This can be caused by plenum blower motors installed under DP #A09486. See FCO11802 for details.

Plate sagging can result in the side reg pin to sometimes miss the edge of the plate and not register properly. Replace the punch deflector. See FCO14599 for details.
